The invention relates to a non-reusable syringe comprising a plunger 70 mounted so as to slide in a pump body 1 which is fitted with an adapter 3 intended to receive a needle. The syringe according to the invention is noteworthy in that the pump body 1 and the plunger are fitted with conjugate means which act so that the said plunger remains blocked in the said body at the end of its path of displacement during the pressing movement. According to one embodiment, the body 1 has a widened part 2, whilst the plunger comprises an elastically and radially deformable means 72 intended to expand in the said widened part 2 at the end of the path of displacement of the said plunger during the pressing movement. <IMAGE>
