Compound (I) was reacted with (II) to produce (III) which reacted with (IV) in alkali, and the product obtained was treated by hydrolysis to yield final product (V) of [3-amino-3-carboxy)propyl- 1)phosphine acid derivatives. Here, R1 and R2 are same or different (C1-4 n-alkyl or iso-alkyl, aryl, arylalkyl), R3 and R4 are same or different, R3,R4,R5 are H, C1-5 n- or iso-alkyl, aryl, arylalkyl. R6 is H, C1-5 n- or iso-alkyl, aryl, arylalkyl.
