<p>A moisture pre-separator for the exhaust portion of a high pressure steam turbine is disclosed. The pre-separator mounts in the nozzle and adjoining piping of the exhaust portion and provides a first channel for capturing moisture caused by secondary flow and a second channel for capturing moisture flowing on the exhaust hood wall. Drains are provided for both channels.</p> |
