This valve comprises two parallel end plates (5, 6) into which two coaxial connecting tubes (10, 12) lead and between which is mounted pivotably, about an axis (13) perpendicular to the end plates, a part forming a plug (7) whose thickness corresponds to the distance between the end plates, in which plug there are formed, at a distance from the axis of rotation (13) corresponding to the distance between the axis of rotation of the plug and the axis of the connecting tubes leading into the end plates, two holes (14, 15) at an angular distance apart from each other, into one (15) of which there leads radially, directly or indirectly, a connection tube (16), while means (19, 20, 22) are arranged to act as a seal between the plug (7) and each end plate (5, 6) where there are passages for liquid.
