CONSTITUTION: The desiccated air 3 discharged from a water separator 11 enters a flow switching valve 29, passes from lower portion of the valve 29 via a heat exchanger 19 and through a hot air heater 10, and the air heated at a high temperature again passes through the heat exchanger 19. At this time, the air is cooled by the desiccated air 3 flowing in the heat exchanger 19 through a heat exchanging plate 19b, hot air at a temperature lower than the air heated at a high temperature at atomizing hydrogen peroxide is sent from a piping branch point 27 to piping, filling tube and others to be sterilized and disinfected. And the hydrogen peroxide 5 that condensed and covered the surface to be sterilized is gasified and vaporized from its coated surface to be sterilized and dried, and evaporated hydrogen peroxide is evacuated from a wrapping machine along with the heated air. Because cooling procedure for the surface to be disinfected can be omitted during this procedure, it is possible to improve work efficiency and reduce cost. |
