PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a thermoacoustic engine capable of being miniaturized and improving energy conversion efficiency per a unit volume.SOLUTION: A thermoacoustic engine comprises a housing body C1 filled with a working medium, and a partitioning portion C2 partitioning the inside of the housing body into a circulation propagation path capable of propagating acoustic wave. The circulation propagation path includes at least one or more of motors 10a and 10b composed of heaters 11a and 11b for heating the working medium from the external, coolers 12a and 12b for cooling the working medium from the external, and regenerators 13a and 13b for amplifying the acoustic wave between the heaters 11a and 11b and the coolers 12a and 12b, and includes a power generator 40 generating electric power from vibration of the acoustic wave.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
