PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress an insertion failure in inserting an optical member in a recessed part of a casing.SOLUTION: A manufacturing method includes: a first process of relatively inserting one end part of an optical member tilted with respect to a casing into one end part of a recessed part formed on the casing and extended in one direction; and a second process of relatively rotating the optical member around the one end part of the optical member until other end part of the optical member is inserted in other end part of the recessed part while maintaining an inserted state of the one end part of the optical member into the recessed part.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 6
