The link rod system has pivotally suspended link rods (16,18) for raising and lowering the platform (14). These are connected by a rotating stool (20). The stool is linked to the upper free end of the lower link rod which is pivotally linked to a swinging rod system (26,28,30,32) on the vehicle top. The upper link rod is fixed to the stool and the platform. The stool remains horizontal during operation. |
