PURPOSE: To reduce the cost by comprising a long housing case having a cylinder chamber, a piston-like ram, a nozzle-like orifice, a brake mechanism and a spiral spring, and providing a stopping mechanism for starting the protruding and recessing motion of the ram. CONSTITUTION: This device comprises a cylinder-like housing case 1, a spiral spring 3, a ram 2 movable in the case 1, the case 1 having nozzle-like orifices 5... formed on a front wall 4, and a brake mechanism by the inflow and outflow of air to a cylinder chamber 6 through the orifices. A hollowed part 7 is formed on the casing 1 to house the spiral spring 3 in the center of the case 1. One end of the spring 3 is mounted on a horizontal web 8, the other end is mounted on a hook 9, the hollowed part 7 is surrounded by a cylinder wall 10, and a stopping mechanism formed of a ball 12 so as to fix the ram 2 in the state protruding out of the case 1 is provided. According to this, the number of part items can be reduced. |
