PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image storage device by which scrambled information is recorded. SOLUTION: A multiplex decoding section 7 extracts required image information from a transport stream(TS) signal including information to be stored based on selection of packet identification information PID as data of a TS packet form and extracts similarly a program relation table (PAT), packet identification information (PMT), condition access table(CAT), key common information (ECM), and key individual information (EMM) or the like. TS packet data outputted from the multiplex decoding section 7 are given to a time reproduction → timing generating section 10, where a time synchronization clock is recovered and then time reference information (PCR) is extracted in a state of the TS packet and the timing is recovered. A format conversion section 9 manages a time of the TS packet outputted from the multiplex decoding section 7 based on an output of the time reproduction → timing generating section 10, converts the packet into a recording format and outputted to a storage section 11 and stored in the recording medium in the storage section 11. |
