The controller selects the linear rising voltage generated by a saw tooth wave generator (4) or the voltage corresponding to the motor speeed and applies selected voltage to a voltage-frequency modulator (7) for obtaining rectangular signals. The controller includes a logic table (8) for generating a switching signal for controlling a logic switching unit (10), a driving voltage supplier (9) for supplying rectangulr voltage to the phases (u,v,w) by turning on the switching transistors (TR1-TR6) and a speed detector (24) having a comparator (6) comparing the reference voltage and the voltage generated by each winding for cotrolling the speed.
