A process for prepg. globular granules comprises (a) screening hydrophilic powd. medicine and/or excipient(i.e. microcrystalline cellulose, calcium carbonate) with a 80mesh sieve, (b) kneading with powd. medicine-affinitive bind-soln. i.e. polyvinylpyrrolindone, gelatin, (c) screening with a 18mesh sieve by 2 times to obtain homogeneous granules, (d) putting granules into sylindrical vessel contg. disperse solvent(having no affinity to the medicine, and immiscible with bind-soln., i.e. CHCl3, ethylether) and equipped with propeller blade, (e) stirring for 0.5-1 hr at 800-3000rpm, and (f) sepg. granules from the vessel, and drying in the ventilated room.
