The integrating calorimeter is used by connecting with a hot water pipe in order to effectively manage the energy needed for warming rooms in the apartment. The calorimeter includes a water turbine (12) connected with a warm water pipe line and covered with a cover (11), a thermosensing rod (15) inserted into a groove (14), a calculator (50) placed over the cover, a magnet ring (56) and a magnet wheel (13) fixed into the upper part of the water turbine, a gear (54) driven by the magnetic force of the magnet ring and the magnet wheel, and a display unit.
