The equipment enables a bottle cap to be formed just by one process, so that work efficiency and the quality of the bottle caps is improved. The equipment for forming bottle caps comprises a die cutter (16) fixed on a base plate (29), a punch cutter (13) and a second punch (14) operated by a crankshaft, and a die ring, a first die center (18) and a second die center (19) which are aligned on a concentric circle. When a punch part (28) moves downward, the second punch (14) and the first die center (18) are inserted into the die center (19) and the second punch, so that the bottle caps can be formed just by one process.
