SECOND SECTIONAL OSCILLATOR OF CATV CONVERTER

The local oscillator used in an upldown counter of a CATV tunes the bias voltage applied to a variable capacitance diode (VD1) in an oscillation circuit (1) finely with a MOSFET (2) so that the second local oscillation freuency is tuned finely as well as compensating the attenuation of the frequency characteristics caused by the drift phenomenon.
