The invention relates to a means for displaying and dispensing heavy objects such as brake pads. The displaying and dispensing means according to the invention is characterised in that the objects 6 to be displayed are enclosed in a two-shell pack 7, the display means being a series of sloping gutters 3 having an arresting means at their lower end and each possessing two raised wires 4 at a lateral distance to each side of the gutter 3, which gutter 3 receives a ridge 8 on the two-shell pack 7 which is supported laterally by said raised wires 4.
