A valve comprises a plunger (5) in a coil case (1) and a shaft (12) shifting freely in a body (2). The shaft has two spool valves (4a,4b). An inlet port (13), an exhaust port (3) and an outlet poart (11) are provided in the body, while the spool valves closing and opening the inlet port and the exhaust port. A feedback chamber (9), communicating with the shaft through a feedback channel (8), has a larger diameter than that of a first sliding spool valve (4a) and an end portion of the valve (4a) opposite to the second spool valve (4b) protrudes into the feedback chamber. A damping element (10) is fixed to the end portion of the first valve to make a constricted part (16) of a flow passage formed between an inside wall of the chamber and a peripheral surface of the damping element.
