A compound of the formula wherein R1 is CHR3O(C═O)OR4, CHR3O(C═O)R5, CHR3O(C═O)NR5R6, CHR3O(C═O)CHR7NR5R6, CHR3O(C═O)CHR7NH((C═O)CHR7NH)nH, CHR3R8, CHR3O(C═O)CR4R5OR6, CHR3O(C═O)O(CH2)nNR4R5, CHR3O(C═O)O(CH2)nCO2R4, CHR3O(C═O)(CH2)nNR4R5, CHR3O(C═O)(CH2)nCO2R4, R2 is H or CH3(C═O);R3 is H or optionally substituted alkyl; wherein said substituents are independently selected from the group OR2 and (C═O)OR4;R4 is optionally substituted alkyl, cycloalkyl, phenylalkyl, heteroalkyl, heterocycloalkyl, aryl, heteroaryl, wherein said substituents are independently (CH2)nCO2alkyl;R5 is H or R4 R6 is H or R4;R7 is H or R4;R8 is 4-isoxazoyl;wherein n is an integer from 1-12;A is an anion selected from the group consisting of: Br−, Cl−, I−, R7CO2−, H2PO4−, NO3−, Etodolate, Mefenamate, Urosodeoxycholate and R6SO3. |
