A bell-shaped housing (10) accommodates a reflector (21) and a lamp. The reflector is pivotable at an angle of about 60@ so that the direction of light emission can be adjusted to have the same axis as the housing or to an angle of 60@ thereto. A recess (16) is provided in the housing to accommodate in a pivotable manner a cylindrical part (20) of the reflector. The housing, for its part, can be rotated about its axis so that the emission can be directed towards all sides. An adjusting bracket (22), which is not heated by the operation of the lamp, can be handled without any risk for the purpose of adjusting the reflector. <IMAGE>
