The present invention relates to a pollination bag having the shape of a cylinder closed at one end and which comprises, lengthwise, elements permitting a support to be fixed thereto. The material from which the bag is made corresponds to certain specifications concerning the filtration retention, the mechanical resistance, the permeability to air and water and the light transmission. This material consists especially of a composite composed of a nonwoven material made from continuous filaments (spun) and of microfibres or microfilaments, the components being obtained from synthetic polymers, especially polypropylene. <IMAGE>
