The high-pressure injection pump, mainly for modular diesel engines, including multi-fuel engines, is noteworthy in that there is used, as the external body of this pump, the same structure 24 as the structure of the elements of the engine, in that the said pump does not include perforated conventional fixing flanges, this pump being provided with calibration means 1, 13, 15, 10, 2 which are independent with respect to specific housing structures or made in the body of the engine. <IMAGE>
