Seven working belts (3) between coloumns (1)(1a) are guided by means of upper and lower rollers (4)(5), and alternatively lifted. The middle and side belts are fixed to the lifting steel plate (7) by a rod (6). The upper of the middle belt is fixed to a spring (8). The lower of both the inner belt and the outer belt is fixed to a steel plate (10) by a rod (9), and the upper is fixed to a spring (11). A cleaning towel (17) can be attached detachably on the working belt (3).
