This panel consists from the outside inwards of a compressed composite leakproof sheet based on fibre and a plasticiser, of a corrugated galvanised sheet, of an insulation and of a plaster sheet. This assembly thus constructed avoids the disadvantages of heat shocks on the outer leakproof sheet and this enables it to be employed in all regions with either a very hot or very cold climate. <IMAGE>
