PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fuel supply system, a modification system, a fuel battery system and a fluid fuel kind determination method capable of determining a kind of fuel when plural kinds of fuel may be used.SOLUTION: A fuel supply system 10 comprises: a fuel supply part 11 for supplying fluid fuel D; a flow rate correlation value detection part 19 for detecting a physical value having correlation to the flow rate of the fluid fuel D passing through a fuel supply line 12; and a determination part 83. The determination part 83 determines the kind of the fluid fuel D by comparing a state of a fluid flowing generation part 13 and the value detected by the flow rate correlation value detection part 19 with a reference value which has been stored in advance. A modification system 50 comprises: a modification part 51; a combustion part 58; and a determination part 83 for comparing a time since flowing of the fluid fuel D to the combustion part 58 until an ignition detection part 59 detects ignition with a determination reference which has been stored in advance.
