The tone adiustor combined with treble and bass volumes in one body comprises treble (2) and bass (3) volumnes placed perpendicularly on a rectangular PCB board (1), guide bars (4,5) opposed to corresponding volume, movable holders (6,9) crossed with each other, sliding contacts (2a,3a) linked with the movable holders, and an adjusting knob (12) penetrating the cross point of the movable holders so that the high and low tones are adjusted simultaneously by one knob.
