The reinforcement (26) has parts (30) in a form of strips and superposed with each other, where the parts are obtained by pultrusion. The superposed parts are connected with each other, where the parts have different dimensions. Each of the strips possesses thickness with respect to width and length. Each of the parts is shaped to a profile of element, where the parts include unidirectional fibers i.e. carbon fibers. Ends of the reinforcement are machined according to a curved profile so as to limit constraints.
