A method for preparing stabilized aquous solution of ursodesoxycholic acid comprises conjugating ursodesoxycholic acid with mixture of cyclodextrin soln. and beta-cyclodextrin by heat reaction. The cyclodextrin is in the form of solution, syrup or powder. The conjugate is highly water-soluble and less crystallizable.
