<p>A sealed oxygen container (10) having a filling neck (12) is provided with a heat welded closure cap (11). A valve (34) is positioned within the neck (12). The valve (34) enables the container (10) to be filled with oxygen and then seals the oxygen therein preventing oxygen to escape during heat welding of the closure cap (11). The heat welded cap (11) may then be readily pierced so that oxygen can be dispensed.</p> |
