<p>A sundial comprises a strip-shaped body (1) with surfaces substantially in the form of helicoidal surfaces (2a, 2b). The body (1) is optionally made of a very thin material. At least one of the helicoidal surfaces (2a, 2b) is graduated. As a result, the sundial is very simple to manufacture, and in addition it is very easy to set up. Moreover, it is very easy to read the time even at a relatively long distance.</p> |
