PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a conversation processing device and a conversation processing method capable of measuring a degree of warming up of a congress.SOLUTION: A conversation processing device comprises: a sound collection part for collecting voice signals of plural speakers; a conversation recording part for recording the voice signals of the respective speakers which are collected by the sound collection part; and a conversation analysis part for analyzing a conversation between arbitrary two speakers, from the voice signals recorded in the conversation recording part, and calculating a degree of warming up in the conversation between the two speakers.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 6
