PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an instrumentation flange assembly capable of being provided with stable power supply and a method of constructing the same.SOLUTION: A submarine power cable 50 is inserted into an instrumentation flange 20. Between an upper flange 21 and a lower flange 22, an armor wire 52 intervenes, which is a submarine power cable whose outer cover is detached and cut so that a constant length is exhibited and a ground current may be transmitted. At one side of the upper flange and the lower flange, an earth bolt 26 coupled with an external earth line 263 is configured to be coupled so that an earth current transmitted from the armor wire and the three-phase cable 54 of the submarine power cable is grounded externally. The lower flange is formed by an elliptic sphere and the lower surface of the upper flange is formed by an elliptic groove facing with the upper surface of the lower flange.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3 |
