PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the appeal effect of information related to a content.SOLUTION: A generation device includes an acquisition part and a generation part. The acquisition part acquires a first content displayed on a display area included in a predetermined content and a second content provided by a provider different from that of the first content. The generation part generates a third content where the first content overlaps the second content in a form where at least a part of the second content can be visually recognized.
