This device is characterised in that it includes an exclusive-OR gate 1 receiving the data frame A on one input and the datum value B on another input in order to carry out a bit-by-bit comparison of the data frame and of the datum value, the output of this exclusive-OR gate 1 being linked to an input of a sample-and-hold means 2 for the output signal from this gate, an input of these sample-and-hold means receiving a sampling signal C and the output of these means delivering the result of the bit-by-bit comparison of the data frame and of the datum value. <IMAGE>
