Improved assembly for skiing, consisting of - a boot 1 with a rigid sole 2; - a ski itself 3, on the upper face 4 of which the safety binding elements are positioned, namely the front stop 5 and the rear heelpiece 6, which provide a volume 10 between the said rigid sole 2 of the boot 1 and the upper face 4 of the ski in that zone of the curve 7 of the ski lying between the stop 5 and the heelpiece 6, characterised in that the said volume 10 includes at least one shock-absorbing insert 11 which bears both on the underneath of the rigid sole 2 of the boot and on the upper face 4 of the ski 3. <IMAGE> |
