PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a ball joint which is large in an oscillation angle, and a manufacturing method of the ball joint.SOLUTION: This ball joint 10 comprises a ball stud 21 having a spherical ball part 23 and an axial shaft part 25, and a holder 51 for holding the ball part 23 so as to be turnable, and also has a processing face 29 which is applied with cutting at a weld part 27 to which the ball part 23 and the shaft part 25 are welded. The processing face 29 has a curved first corner part 31. A manufacturing method of the ball joint 10 includes a welding process for welding the ball part 23a and the shaft part 25a, and a cutting process for forming the processing face 29 by applying cutting to the weld part 27 to which the ball part 23a and the shaft part 25a are welded. The cutting process performs processing including a process for forming the curved first corner part 31 at the processing face 29.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
