PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an adhesive composition for a marking film less in adhesive residue when peeled off as holding powder is strong, especially effective when adhering a marking film containing vinyl chloride film as a substance to a coating surface of a vehicle such as a bike or an automobile and excellent in gasoline resistance (solvent resistance) and alkali water resistance and a manufacturing method of the adhesive.SOLUTION: There is provided an adhesive composition for a marking film having vinyl chloride as a substance, having a structure crosslinking an acrylic copolymer (A) obtained by copolymerizing a monomer containing (meth)acrylic acid alkyl ester having 1 to 12 carbon atoms (a1) of 100 part, a carboxyl group-containing acryl monomer (a2) of 1 to 10 part and a hydroxyl group-containing acryl monomer (a3) of 5 to 15 part with a crosslinking agent (B) by using a copolymer composition where a lower alcoholic organic solvent (c2) having at least 1 to 5 carbon atoms is blended in a range of 10 to 70 pts.mass based on 100 part of all monomer components and the crosslinking agent (B).SELECTED DRAWING: None
