PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a valve device capable of achieving both improvement in seal performance and cost reduction by using seal ring having a simple structure, without greatly changing a basic structure of a valve body and the like.SOLUTION: A seal ring 20 is made of resin, and an outer diameter part 20a exists outside of a peripheral groove 22 and an inner diameter part 20b is fitted to the inside of the peripheral groove 22. Also, in the seal ring 20, a thin wall part 30 is provided in which a cross-sectional area in an axial direction or a circumferential direction is reduced. Furthermore, in the seal ring 20, by a pressure difference generating at full-close time, one end side in the axial direction is closely adhered to the wall of the peripheral groove 22, and also, the diameter is enlarged, and an outer peripheral surface is closely adhered to an inner peripheral surface of a nozzle 8. Then, an abutment joint 23 is closely adhered in a radial direction and the axial direction at full-close time. Therefore, by providing the wall thinning part 30, rigidity of the seal ring 20 can be lowered, the seal ring 20 can be easily deformed elastically and seal performance can be improved.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2 |
