摘要 In a network controlled device to device service a reference radio bearer that would provide an adequate service in a cellular access mode is determined. Information of semi-static resource allocation is then determined for the reference radio bearer and signalled to at least one device for use in configuring the at least one device for device to device communications. The at least one device can use the information as guidance when configuring for device to device communications.

A method for controlling device-to-device communications, comprising: determining a reference radio bearer which is based on semi-persistent scheduling, wherein the reference radio bearer would provide an adequate service in a cellular access mode, determining an information of a semi-static resource allocation for the reference radio bearer, determining a device-to-device communications mode specific offset for a link budget parameter, signalling a configuration of the reference radio bearer, the information of the semi-static resource allocation for the reference radio bearer and the device-to-device communications mode specific offset for a link budget parameter to the at least one device for use in configuring the at least one device for a device-to-device communications mode, and configuring the reference radio bearer to become an actual radio bearer in a cellular access mode upon the at least one device switching modes from the device-to-device communications mode to the cellular access mode.
