The invention relates to a device making it possible to draw off, hot or cold, all liquids contained in suitable conventional containers or soft packaging. It comprises a tap (cock) in the form of a syringe which can be fitted to any walls, those which can be perforated with the aid of a fastening, others in a traditional manner. Consisting of a strap 26 and of a structured small plate 27, forming a belt, the installed fastening stabilises the tap equipped at the rear with a seal 23 mounted on a bevelled collecting tube 21 integral with a sleeve with rim 20 which, introduced in the small plate 27, is screwed to the body 1 provided with a pouring neck 2 and closed by a screw cap (base) 3, the axis (shaft) of which bears an immersion-heater arm 6 which, surmounted by a central piston and by a spring bearing on the bottom of the cap 3, is actuated externally by a pusher 11 screwed on the shoulder 13 enclosing a thermostat connected to a shielded resistance element as well as to a wire 15 with plug 16. <IMAGE>
