<p>The invention relates to a method for use in drilling wherein the drilling sludge composed of the flushing medium is conducted to the drilling tool through a drilling rod system. The rotating part of the drilling apparatus is provided with a chamber unit (10) which is attached thereto and which is movable relative thereto by means of transfer means (11), whereupon during the time that the casing tube (9) and the drilling rod (8) are changed the chamber unit (10) is moved to a non-operating position by means of the transfer means (11), the chamber unit (10) then essentially passing the joint of the shank (5) of the rotating part and the drilling rod to be changed, and whereupon after changing, the chamber unit (10) is moved to an operating position, the means therein (13) then engaging with the shank (5) and/or the outer surface of the drilling rod (8). The invention also relates to a drilling apparatus for implementation of the method.</p> |
