The invention relates to an electrically-operated clamp extractor mechanism in the production of hollow glass objects, the novel characteristics of which comprise essentially the fact that it is driven by a servo- controlled electric motor 2 which permits perfect control of transfer of the hollow glass object produced by the roughing and finishing moulds in a machine called an I.S. machine (Figure 1).
