<p>An evaporative liquid diffuser (1) using a porous absorbent substance and comprising a tank (2) which contains the liquid to be diffused and a porous absorbent substance (P) is characterized in that the tank (2) for the liquid (L) fits into a base (3) for which it acts as a cover, the tank (2) containing the liquid (L) being closed opposite the base (3) and comprising a throat (5) directed towards the bottom of the base (3), with said base (3) containing the porous absorbent substance (P) and comprising, at its bottom (11), a sleeve (14) provided with openings (19) adjacent to said bottom (11), and in that the throat (5) of the tank can move longitudinally in the sleeve (14) of the base (3) between a closed position, in which the tank (2) fits into the base (3) and the openings (19) in the sleeve (14) are closed, and an open position in which there is a gap (21) between the tank (2) and the base (3).</p> |
