MANUFACTURING METHOD OF LIGHT-EMITTING DIODE ARRAY

The method for fabricating the light emitting diode array without using the gold wire is composed of the following steps: providing the emitting layer by forming the semiconductor region of the second conductive type on substrate of the first conductive type; forming an upper electrode connected to the emitting layer and insulated with the substrate; forming a hole penetrating the substrate by etching the fixed area of upper electrode; forming the first electrode at the lower part of substrate and the second electrode connected to the upper electrode through the above hole from the lower part of substrate. The first and second electrode are formed simultaneously with the same material.
