The device is applicable in machinery construction and has expanded functional properties. It consists of a cylindrical ultra-sound transformer (1) in the form of a segment made of a hollow cylinder situated along the generant of a cylindrical protector (2), whose interior and that of the cylindrical reflector (3) are filled with an acoustic medium. A worm mechanism (5) is supplied with a gauge for linear transposition (6). A gauge for angular transposition (12) is connected with a computer bloc (7). The device also includes a strike incitement generator (8) and an amplifier (9), whose exit via a chain of consecutively connected analogous-digital transformer (10) and an interface (11) is connected with the second entry of the computer bloc (7), to the fourth bloc of which is attached a second gaudge for linear transposition (13).
