<p>Eicosatetraynoic acid derivs. of formula (I) and their salts are new, where R=NR1R2; R1 and R2=H; 1-8C alkyl substd. by at least one OH and opt interrupted by one or more of O, N or S, but cannot both be H, or together they complete a heterocycle (opt. contg. 1 or more additional N, O or S), or NR1R2 is the amino residue derived from a sugar. Specifically, (a) R1=H and R2=(CH2CH2O)mCH2CH2OH (m=0 or 1); CH2CH (OH)Me or CH2.CHOH.CH2OH; (b) NR1R2=morpholino, piperazino or 4-(2-hydroxyethyl)piperazino.</p> |
