The cleaning device for building facades etc. has an outlet nozzle for mixt. of fluid, solid granular cleaning agent and air which are mixed in the mixing chamber of a housing. The mixt. leaving the opening is twisted by suitable means formed by a flow body (10) mounted in the downstream part of the mixing chamber (6) immediately upstream from the outlet opening. The flow body locks the central part of the flow cross section and supports guide faces (14) which project into an annular gap (11) mounted coaxial relative to the outlet opening (9) between the flow body and the surrounding mixing chamber (6). The guide faces have an incline opposite the flow direction. USE/ADVANTAGE - Cleaning building facades. The entire mixt. rotate axially without wearing down the areas around the outlet openings.
