The method using magnetic force, is used for hot drawing in making the coated steel wire, which is especially coated with the dissimilar metals. After the tube material and the core wire are coiled for forming coil shape the coiled core wire (12) is inserted to the edge of the fixed coiled tube (11) and is rotated. The apparatus comprises a rotary drum (5) attaching magnet and auxiliary rotating device; fixed drum (7) being arranged with clearance at the left side of the drum (5); support bar (8) for preventing eccentricity of the wire (12); support plate (10) for preventing gap between the tubes (11).
