<p>A conductive roll which is used in electrostatic copying processes such as developing, charging, charge removing and image transferring. It provides intimate contact with a photosensitive material to impart uniform potential thereto, and prevents the photosensitive material from being contaminated as much as possible. This roll comprises a shaft (1) which is a good conductor as a core, an intermediate layer (2) composed of a conductive elastic material or this material formed around the shaft (1), and a surface coating (3) having high electric resistance.</p> |
