The P-oxybenzoil copolyester (I) is prepd. by, adding the trimer ART-II (II) and the RD cpd (III) with the TPA (IV), where the mole wt. is equal to or more 5 mole. % than TPA, heating and stirring to 220-330 deg.C in presence of N2 gas; removing acetic acid of byproduct forming during the stirring, and vacuumreacting for 0.5-60 min. to make the molecular wt. for moulding. In the formulas, k, l, m, n and p are 0-1500; k/(k+l+m+n+p) x 100= a(%), a=50-100%.
