Arrangement for reducing the number of parallel models of dampers with which one can reduce the number of damper models to be produced and at the same time increase assembly alternatives. The arrangement includes a cap (Figure 1, part 1) with a play that easily permits sliding of the cap along the frame of damper 2. In addition the arrangement has wall holders 4 and a front plate 3 and 5 with a hole for the shaft of the damper. The arrangement can be provided with a front plate 5 that is as high as the wall seam so that the front plate of the arrangement can be pushed into the wall seam. <IMAGE>
